Our Customer Care Team provides clients comprehensive support for all HealthInfoNet products and services. In addition to resolving support issues, Customer Care is available to respond to general questions and feedback, requests for HIE clinical portal access, product training, and product/service enhancement requests. The Customer Care Team includes a number of experienced healthcare IT and clinical professionals.

Support Hours Of Operation
Normal support hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. After hours support is available for critical issues directly impacting a client’s core operations. This service can be reached by calling the HealthInfoNet support number at 207-541-9250 and choosing option three.
Support At Your Facility
HealthInfoNet has trained a member of each organization to assist with HealthInfoNet support issues so that our users have a local resource. This is typically a member of your HelpDesk or IT team.
