Communication Package
Our Communication Package helps inform and educate participating providers’ staff and the individuals they serve about HealthInfoNet and Maine’s statewide Health Information Exchange. The package includes a suite of materials that provide talking points about our company and services, as well as our consent forms, legal references, and examples of notice of privacy practice language.
