New End User Newsletter Highlights “Need-to-Know” Insights

We know that our participants’ end users are busier than ever before. So when it comes to training and education of our health information services, there’s a certain balance that needs to be struck. While it’s important to have robust supporting documentation available for when time is not of the essence, concise materials highlighting critical features and functionality are required to hit the ground running.

That’s why we’ve created a special newsletter edition designed with quick consumption in mind. Each quarter, we’re rounding up everything that’s been happening at HealthInfoNet with an eye on what’s most relevant and useful for our end-user community – and then we distill those updates to just the “need-to-know” information.

The purpose of our end user newsletter edition is to share information on upcoming collaborative webinar sessions that create a transparent knowledge base, offer survey opportunities to ensure we’re constantly growing to meet the needs of our participants, communicate relevant information on new participant connections, and provide service spotlights as a way of giving refreshers on critical feature/functionality capabilities. Our end user newsletter editions are stocked with important information to help our participants make the most of our services.

If you are an active end user of any of our health information services, you’re automatically included on the distribution list for these special newsletter editions. Visit our HealthInfoNet Academy webpage to check out our Spring 2022 End User Newsletter, which was released on May 19, 2022.
